Since BELORT products are considered food products, all sales are final. No product can be exchanged or returned after the purchase has been completed or after the order has been received.
Exceptions
The only exception applies in the event that the customer receives a product that differs from the order placed.
In this case, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide supporting evidence of the issue. The BELORT team will carefully review the request and take the appropriate action based on each individual case.
